Inauguration of Dedicated Hose Plant – Nagpur (2019)

On 9th September 2019, Atit Engineering marked a significant milestone with the inauguration of our dedicated Hose Plant in Nagpur. This facility was officially inaugurated by esteemed dignitaries from Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., reinforcing the deep trust and partnership we’ve built over the years.Since its launch, the Hose Plant has become a cornerstone of our operations, empowering us to cater to evolving demands in fluid transmission solutions. Mahindra & Mahindra continues to support and encourage our efforts in new expansions and product category developments, playing a key role in our journey of innovation and excellence.

TPM Visit
In 2015, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. undertook an advanced Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) certification with a focus on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that involved their suppliers. Embracing the TPM culture, M&M extended this initiative to key suppliers, selecting Atit Engineering to showcase our TPM-driven activities across critical pillars: Jishu Hozen (Autonomous Maintenance), Kobetsu Kaizen (Focused Improvement), Quality Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, and Education & Training.
Our team presented these activities to a Japanese TPM auditor at M&M's Nagpur facility, receiving commendation for embedding an effective TPM culture. We were honored with a felicitation from M&M, marking a proud moment in our journey toward continuous improvement and excellence.

7-Axis CMM with Scanner
This advanced Coordinate Measuring Machine enables high-precision, non-contact 3D scanning for complex components. It ensures micron-level accuracy in dimensional inspection and quality validation.
SPM Welding (Special Purpose Machine)
Custom-built for our product requirements, the SPM welding machine enhances efficiency, consistency, and strength in welded joints, especially for high-volume production cycles.
Robotic Welding Stations
Our robotic welding units offer unmatched precision and repeatability, reducing human error and significantly improving the quality and speed of welded assemblies.
Hydraulic Press Machine
Used for shaping, bending, and assembling metal components under high pressure, this machine adds strength and dimensional accuracy to critical assemblies.
Flaring Machine
Essential for fluid transmission pipes, the flaring machine ensures leak-proof end connections. It delivers uniformity in flare angles and surface finish, critical for automotive-grade reliability.
Shot Blasting Machine
It helps us prepare metal surfaces by removing rust, scale, and impurities, ensuring better adhesion for coatings and improved surface durability in the final product.
